Countdown to Valentine's Day - What will he wear??

So in case you are helping your man dress or you are a man and have no clue what to wear let me give you some ideas.

A nice dinner date

Any man would look good in this at a nice dinner. Maybe add a blazer or vest but this is nice. 

Movie Date

Your man should always carry a hoodie with him to the movies because us ladies get chilly.

Countdown to Valentine's Day - Mantle Decor

I am about to decorate my mantle for Valentine's Day here are some of my inspirations.

The lady from At Second Street blog has such a beautiful mantle. 

Kate Marie has the best colors on her mantle and she only spent 2.50 on it! 

The mantle from One Orange Giraffe is so gorgeous! I love bunting and the sign on the left is my favorite. 

This is as far an I have gotten with my mantle but I have some red vases and some candles I will put up and maybe some bunting. I will show you when I am finished!

If you are planning the date for Valentine's Day here are some good options

- Picnic in the park

- Ice Skating (if you have a rink local)

- Grab a camera and have a photo shoot

- Take a cooking class

- Volunteer at an animal shelter

- Tour a vineyard

- Go to a pottery making class

- Have a couples massage 

- Go to the movies

- Go out to dinner

- Have a romantic home cooked dinner

- Have a 'smother butt night'

- Go to the zoo

- Hit up the batting cages

- Recreate your first date

- Go bowling

- Go to a local sporting event

- Grab some other couples and go play laser tag

Countdown to Valentine's Day - Kids Cards

This is when the cards get cleaver- some of the blogger moms are so creative!

I have seen this all over the the blog-o-sphere and I cannot wait to have kids so I can do this!

This one can be found over at Shutterfly. I am a large fan of that site. 

I love this, I found it on pinterest but I could not find the original source (if you know please tell me)

But when all else fails & you run out of time you could always run down to the local store and pick up a box. 

We always did the box kind when I was a kid, what about you?

I have been thinking what to get The Mister this year for Valentine's day, with his birthday a few days before and then the wedding right around the corner, I want to get him something good but not too costly.
